چکیده
Rainwater Catchment System Reliability (RCSR) is the chance that a system will deliver required water for an interval of time. Harvesting (RWH) gaining popularity as potential alternative source household or agricultural use. The reliability Al Abila dam in western desert Iraq was analyzed using budget simulation model and two explanations reliability, time-based volumetric reliability. To evaluate rainwater harvesting performance, comprehensive software utilizing method everyday balance data from 20 years daily rainfall. According to findings, three climate scenarios (wet, average, dry year), increased storage volume until threshold accrued on capacity 11.7 × 105 m3. While shows increase up 10.2 Volumetric roughly 34–75% may be achieved, while only 14–28% achieved. Water saving efficiency decreases with increasing demand fraction, runoff coefficient has no significant influence effectiveness. growing fraction value increases effectiveness conservation influences efficiency. For both cases, does not reach 50%. Using rainfall data, technique given this paper might applied predict savings RWH systems’ different arid semi-arid areas.

Introducing suitable places for establishing rainwater catchment systems in Latyan Watershed
Arid and semi-arid regions with highly variable rainfall and periods of drought or unpredictable floods have severely affected residents' water shortages and they are often living in insecure areas. Rainwater catchment systems are one of the available solutions to overcome water shortage and runoff management in these areas. Surface runoff is a potential source of water that, with proper manage...

متن کاملAnalysis of Quran and Hadith on Confronting Water Pollution Using Rainwater Catchment Systems
Today, water quality reduction and water pollution are some of the challenges in different countries around the world. One way to meet these challenges is to harvest and store rainwater using rainwater catchment systems. By collecting rainwater using rainwater catchment systems, water does not flow on the ground. Therefore, using the rainwater catchment system helps to prevent rainwater from mi...
